Delicious meal today at Birria Catrina in Toronto. First time eating here and won’t be our last. This is a Pizadilla - BIRRIA (beef stew) with cheese mounted between two large flour tortillas and topped with cilantro and onions. I love that they give you a cup of the mildly spicy consommé au jus to dip (or sip)!
