Craving travel, pasta, and everything in Italy these days, so I spent time in my kitchen at home tonight to make gnocchi with leeks and sweet peas from scratch. First time making my favourite gnocchi, but we are in desperate times with no travel and no indoor dining, so I took a chance! Pretty happy with the result.
