Tangia - beef, seasoned and slow cooked in it's own individual earthenware pot for hours before being "dumped" out on it's own plate for our devouring. Served with ubiquitous Moroccan bread. Delicious and tender with just a hint of flavour from the lemon preserved in salt and vinegar.
